This course is ideal for both beginers and seasoned runners. You'll follow trails around two of New York's most beautiful lakes.

This challenging 7.77-mile cross country race starts bright and early at 7 a.m.  Terrain includes trail, gravel, and grass. Do you have what it takes to finish this hilly course? (Click here for a course map.)

LIVESTRONG at the YMCA   

33rd Annual Green Lakes Sprint Triathlon

WHEN: June 9, 2012. 
Information meeting at 8 a.m. Race starts at 8:30 a.m.

WHERE: Green Lakes State Park, near Fayetteville

EVENTS: A ½-mile swim in Green Lake, followed by a 20-kilometer bike ride (mostly outside the park), followed by a 5-kilometer run on the trail around both lakes.

Sorry. Registration has been closed because we have reached our event size limit.

PACKET PICKUP: 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Friday, June 8 at Fleet Feet Sports, 5800 Bridge Street, Syracuse. Packets may also be picked up at Green Lakes starting at 7 a.m. June 9.

VOLUNTEERS: As a charity benefit, the Green Lakes Race Weekend relies on the generosity of our sponsors and many volunteers to maximize the good we do for the community.
